Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) local time on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Cold-Chain Packaging

All lyophilized peptide compounds are shipped with appropriate cold packs to maintain stability during transit. Our packaging is designed to keep compounds at the recommended storage temperature for up to 48 hours in standard conditions.

Upon receipt, compounds should be immediately transferred to appropriate storage conditions (typically −20°C for long-term storage, or 2–8°C for short-term use). Please refer to the product-specific COA for storage recommendations.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
